CSCL Version Notes

These version notes contain all the most recent changes made to the CSCL program.

Version 2.4.5 released on 11/21/05

  1. Recompiled using 4D 2003.7.

  1. Modified student entry layout to allow entry of building identifiers.

  1. Added building name to the CSCL reports.
  2. Added sorting (similar to CSCL report) to the CSCL Vars reports.

  1. Fixed error in calculation of provider CSCL stats related to switch to using building profile.

  1. Added building profile (FY2005 format) and modified the import of students for LEAMIS.

  1. Modified the building export and import functions.
  2. Modified the provider export and import functions. Can now import either the 3 field file (ssn, fname, lname) or the 6 field file (ssn, fname, lname, #paras, miles, areas).
  3. Changed headings of 'Enrollment' building and lea to 'Neighborhood'.
  4. Added fy2003 import of student data.
  5. Changed name of program to CSCL2003.
  6. Minor changes to the menu structure. (Import providers moved from menu to a button on the provider list screen.)

Version 2.1.3 released on 02/02/02

  1. Modified the CSCL report so that it can be displayed either 1) for the entire district, 2) by primary exceptionality, or 3) by attendance building.

  1. Changed import providers (user mode) to use the long form (6 fields - same as admin mode).

  1. Changed footnote in the CSCL reports to include the raw state mean and stdev.

  1. Modified import of students to use KV10 MIS format (KSDE fy2002 data dictionary).
  2. Put in new mean and standard deviation for the renormed state data.
  3. Expanded the headings for the CSCL reports and added footnotes.
  4. Changed the CSCL status values to be high or low at 1.5 stdev instead of 2 stdev away from mean.
