Building Profile
Modified the Building Profile import. Will now copy the No KG in Bldg and No Preschool in Bldg fields to new FY records. If the FY record already exists and a new profile is read, then the existing No KG in Bldg and No Preschool in Bldg fields are kept. If a new FY record needs to be created, then the No KG in Bldg and No Preschool in Bldg fields are copied from the most recent FY record prior to the import FY record. For example, when importing FY2010 BP, if there is no FY2010 record for a building, the two fields are copied from the FY2009 record. If there is already an FY2010 record for the building, the values for the two fields are retained.
Contracts
Modified verification of Contract hours. Removed the restriction on hours>1116. Now will only check that hours are not blank or zero.
State Performance Plan Indicator 11
Added "Add" button to the Indicator 11 Eligible Students list form. Added "Another" button to the Indicator 11 Eligible Students entry form. New records added this way will have a value of "Add" for the How Populated field. This can be used to add a student to the Indicator 11 section of LEAMIS who:
1. Has an Eligibility Determination Date during Fiscal Year 2010.
2. Services will Begin in Fiscal Year 2011.
Please do not enter the student referenced above in the Special Education MIS section. Entering the student could result in the student being submitted to KSDE in an End of Year data submission.
Modified the "Populate Eligible from MIS Data" function of Indicator 11. Previously was deleting eligible records that were imported. Now, when the "Populate Eligible from MIS Data" function is run, the process will keep any existing records that are marked as "Import" or as "Add".
Verifications
Modified the CST verification. If the frequency of an X setting is less than once a week, do not give CST verification for minutes not in range 3-25. Less than once a week is determined by (serviceline days) x (serviceline weeks) < (weeks in calendar between start and end dates). If the weeks in calendar cannot be determined (missing att bldg, start date, or end date), then verification given if minutes not in range 3-25.
Modified the S2 verification. Was checking the MIS Status instead of the Annual Status for N,B.
